Self-Exclusion Policy

This policy governs Tayabet’s responses to gambling-related issues and defines the processes for initiating, sustaining, and terminating Time-Outs and Self-Exclusion, together with related protections for the player. It applies to all players registered with Tayabet and operates in conjunction with Tayabet’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and applicable gaming laws.

Definitions

Time-Out means a short, temporary break from gameplay. Self-Exclusion means a declared, longer withdrawal from all Tayabet products for a defined period. Cooling Off is a shorter form of withdrawal that may be requested within certain exclusions. Account Closure refers to the permanent or extended restriction of account access for identified safety or compliance reasons. Financial Protection of Players encompasses self-imposed limits and safeguards designed to reduce risk of financial harm.

Time-Out (Short Break)

You may request a Time-Out to take a temporary break from gambling. While Time-Out is active, the following actions are disabled: depositing funds, withdrawing funds, placing bets, and accessing Tayabet products. Time-Out periods are selectable in the My Account area and may include commonly available durations such as 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. A Time-Out can be revoked only after a minimum interval of 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiry, the Time-Out automatically ends and normal access to Tayabet resumes unless a subsequent exclusion is initiated.

Self-Exclusion (Extended Break)

You may initiate a Self-Exclusion for a defined period when gambling is judged to be excessive or poses risk. Initiation can be completed by logging in and selecting Self-Exclusion in My Account or by contacting Tayabet’s Customer Support. Periods are governed as follows: for residents of the United Kingdom, a minimum Self-Exclusion period of 6 months applies; for residents outside the United Kingdom, the period is chosen by you from a range of options (between 1 month and 5 years). If no period is specified by the user, a default 6-month period applies. Once Self-Exclusion is activated, the account will be disabled and no deposits or withdrawals will be processed for the duration of the period. The Self-Exclusion period cannot be varied once selected. Upon expiry, the handling differs by jurisdiction: non-UK residents may be reactivated automatically; UK residents must contact Customer Support to reactivate the account. If a revocation is sought before the expiry date, it must be submitted in writing or via electronic notice to Tayabet and is subject to Tayabet’s review and discretion.

Cooling Off

A Cooling Off period may be requested as an alternative or in addition to Time-Out or Self-Exclusion. Available durations include 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks. During a Cooling Off, access to wagering activities is restricted in accordance with Tayabet’s administrative controls. At the end of a Cooling Off period, the account is automatically reactivated unless another exclusion is in effect or the player has advised otherwise in writing.

Financial Protection and Account Limits

Players may set self-imposed limits in the My Account section, including daily, weekly, or monthly spend limits and wagering frequencies. If a self-imposed limit is exceeded, further wagering actions related to that limit are restricted. Any request to revoke or modify a limit or exclusion must be made by written or electronic notice to Tayabet. Tayabet will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to deny them. Tayabet will take reasonable steps to ensure Self-Exclusion procedures are observed and will use reasonable endeavours to ensure no promotional material is sent to players who have self-excluded. The responsible player acknowledges that Tayabet cannot be held liable for activity conducted through other accounts opened with identical or differing registration details, or by any means of promotional material inadvertently distributed in violation of this policy, and shall seek appropriate professional support if needed.

Promotions, Communications and Account Integrity

During any period of Time-Out, Self-Exclusion, or other exclusion status, Tayabet will not send promotional materials to the affected player. The player acknowledges the risk of continued activity if other accounts are opened or if registration details are altered. Tayabet reserves the right to suspend or close an account if exclusions are suspected to be circumvented or if other safety concerns arise, and the player shall not create new Tayabet accounts during a Self-Exclusion period.

Support and Guidance

Tayabet recognises that gambling may require professional assistance. If you are experiencing gambling-related difficulties, seek appropriate support through local, licensed services. This policy does not replace professional treatment or advice. Tayabet will provide information on how to access such services in a manner consistent with local law and regulatory requirements, and upon request, may offer pathways to in-house or partner support services in accordance with policy terms.

Data, Privacy and Record Keeping

Tayabet will record Self-Exclusion and Time-Out requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal data retention policies. Data collected under this policy is used solely to administer exclusion measures, prevent gambling during excluded periods, and comply with regulatory requirements. Information may be shared with regulatory bodies as required by law and to enforce this policy. Access to Self-Exclusion records is restricted to authorized Tayabet personnel and contractors who require such data to administer the exclusion measures.

Enforcement, Compliance and Revocation

Players must comply with all Self-Exclusion and Time-Out requirements. Attempts to bypass exclusion by creating new accounts, altering registration details, or other means may result in immediate action by Tayabet, including account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of rights to promotional offers or prizes. Any revocation of Self-Exclusion or Time-Out is subject to Tayabet’s review and may be refused in its absolute discretion. All revocation requests must be submitted in writing or by electronic notice to Tayabet’s Customer Support.

Policy Updates

Tayabet may update this Self-Exclusion Policy to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or internal risk controls. Material changes will be communicated to players in accordance with Tayabet’s policy on communications. Updates take effect upon posting or as otherwise stated in the notice, and continued use of Tayabet products after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
